Stag Wines - The Most Elusive Wine Bar

Citizens of the World was commissioned to cover and produce the content for the Most Elusive Bar by Stag Wines.. No small feat. Not only was I was engaged to gather stills of the event - but also video content. Which meant, flights from Sydney to Albury-Wodonga. Then helicopter flights up to Falls Creek. The event started with wines at the top of the world at Falls Creek, then moving over to the bar, via the Falls Creek BWM transports.

From there - an amazing meal. Great wines and a great bunch of people.

Could you ask for anything more?

Georg Jensen X Sydney Ballet at Benelong, Sydney Opera House

It is always a pleasure being called upon as the photographer for Georg Jensen.  Their events are usually spectacular but relaxed and this one for the the launch of the Zaha Hadid collection was no exception.  Again, my team and I were given the task to capture video content and imagery with - what I think - were spectacular results.

Life CAN be perfect with Bollinger.

It's not often that I'm up in Palm Beach.  But when you get there you never want to leave.   So it was a pleasure when I was asked to photograph and film the "Life can be perfect" event by Bollinger at the renowned Boat House.  If only I had a scooter man to drive me home - cause its a long way.

The "where to eat" dilemma sloved... Bestest Gala Dinner

We've all been there.  It's a Friday night - you're cashed up, have a date, but can't decide where to eat.  The choice is just endless in Sydney.  The Bestest Gala Dinner has solved all of your problems. It invites 30 of Australia's top chefs, including Guillaume Brahimi, Matt Moran and Peter Gilmore,  to name a few, to cook for you and 30 other tables of 10.  Live entertainment was also included, with special guest Anja Nissen of The Voice.  Not bad for about $1000.00 a seat.  But you can definitely feel good about it, all of that money (otherwise squandered at the pub) goes straight to those who need it most, kids with serious illnesses.

Getting in amongst chefs cooking up a storm is possibly my favorite kind of job when it comes to event photography.  Shooting food is really hard.  Shooting, socials, portraits, sponsorships and then food, while they are trying to cater 300 people is crazy - but crazy fun!  Thinking quick on your feet, putting yourself in the right place at right time, controlling your lighting all before its gone is FULL on.  But as you can see the finish product is all worth it.

Creating a video was also on the cards that night.  No easy feat.  But it was done.

Peugeot X Sydney Roosters - Backyard footy

Imagine if you were a hardcore Sydney Roosters fan.  What would you do to get them to come to your place and have training session and to run through some drills?  Well, thanks to Peugeot they made it possible.

I was commissioned by Peugeot to cover the event on both a stills and video level.  To create a hype reel for Peugeot head office in France and campaign quality stills.
